Online, October 6, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Le Meridien New Delhi invites you to celebrate the real taste of Malaysia at "Rasa Riya Malaysia" - Malaysian Food Festival!

We believe food is one of the best ways to sample the culture of any country, which is why we have decided to showcase not just the taste but also the culture of Malaysia. Malaysian cuisine is a vivid concurrence of different cultures and traditions. Influenced by Chinese, Indian, Javanese kitchens this cuisine reflects the diversity of Malaysian society today. It is a culinary diversity originating from its multi-ethnic population of Malay, Indian, Eurasian, Chinese, Nyonya and the Indigenous peoples of Borneo.

The Le Meridien New Delhi has brought Nazaruddin Yusoh, 36, and Mohd Alif Azlan Muda, 28, from the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur to offer an authentic Malaysian experience to its diners. Supported by Tourism Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines, the festival will offer a wide range of dishes, including nasi lemak and satay.

The ten day festival will be taking place in Le Belvedere, where guests can enjoy some of the most delectable Chinese cuisine with diverse Asian influences complemented with the best views of the New Delhi skyline.

The host, Le Meridien New Delhi is situated two kilometers from Rashtrapati Bhawan - the home of the President of India, the Presidential Palace, Parliament House, and Connaught Place. Our city center hotel is set amidst the most alluring shopping and entertainment districts in New Delhi.

The Malaysian food festival started on 5th October and will go on till 14th October.
