Baldelomar was born in Bolivia and moved to the United States when she was 10 years old. She went on to get a finance degree from UT, and started her career with JPMorgan as financial analyst for high net worth individuals. After two years with the firm, she decided to follow her heart and do something that she had always wanted - start a company.
Baldelomar founded Quaintisein 2001 to provide marketing and public relations services, and went on to specialize in the healthcare industry. She started the full service marketing and advertising agency out of her mother's home in Fort Worth, Texas. After some initial struggles, including waiting tables part-time to make ends meet, Baldelomar quickly found a niche in consumer-driven healthcare and has grown ever since.
Total annual billings of Quaintise now tops over $1 million with offices in Los Angeles and Scottsdale. Baldelomar has also hired 10 full and part time employees to serve clients.
