Rapid Sheet Metal™ Introduces the “Rapid Labs”

Nashua, NH (I-Newswire) April 18, 2011 - Rapid Sheet Metal Inc, specializing in the rapid turnaround of sheet metal prototypes, is rolling out a new custom fabricated product every month from their newly created “Rapid Labs”. The Rapid Labs was conceived by the engineers at Rapid Sheet Metal. Occasionally seeing the need for a product where sheet metal would offer a solution, they decided to be proactive and design that solution themselves. In between orders of custom sheet metal prototypes, the engineers brought their ideas to life, satisfying their own needs. Now Rapid Sheet Metal is offering these custom sheet metal products to the public.

“We have a lot of talent in our engineering department, which provides us the opportunity to create different products and see them come to life.” said Steve Lynch, Engineering Manager at Rapid Sheet Metal. “That coupled with the access to a prototype sheet metal and machining facility capable of short run production parts inspired the products which are now coming out of the Rapid Labs.”

The Rapid Labs is producing a new product every month. The first custom sheet metal products, large and medium sized Dual LCD Monitor Stands, are now available on the Rapid Labs web page, www.therapidlabs.com. Future products, along with previously introduced ones, can be found on the web site as well.
