The site has been two years in the making. In preparation for development, R+L Carriers reviewed customer requests while researching current web trends, and combined them with the latest in technology and updated tools to provide an optimized user experience for their customers. Due to extensive online growth, the modernized site will completely replace the old rather than function as an upgrade.
