Pyramyd Air Donation Gives Team Hope

Pyramyd Air, the world's largest internet airgun retailer, donated over $3,500 worth of product to the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corp (JROTC) program at Manual High School in Denver, Colorado.

Eric E. Posey, Manual High School's JRTOC instructor, contacted Pyramyd Air in late September expressing the team's need for new air rifles. The team was using equipment 5+ years old and airguns that were leaking air profusely.

After losing competition after competition, Posey knew that the team needed a confidence booster. "This donation would change their attitude, their behavior, but more importantly, their performance in their classroom, and ultimately change their perspective on life," stated Posey.

In hopes that the team could compete on a level playing field with the rest of the schools and gain well deserved confidence, Pyramyd Air donated 5 Air Arms T200 Sporter Air Rifles, an Air Venturi Scuba Tank and various accessories.

After the donation, the Manual High School JROTC program won 4 matches back-to-back. Four well deserved matches. The students wanted to work even harder after they received the air rifles donated from Pyramyd Air.

"Thank you for providing us with the air rifles, equipment and accessories. [Pyramyd Air] truly deserves this medal," stated Posey.
