Prudential Arizona Properties Sales Executives Receive National Awards

Scottsdale, Arizona (I-Newswire) May 6, 2011 - Prudential Arizona Properties recently recognized more than 200 of its REALTORs with awards for outstanding 2010 sales achievements. A part of the Americana companies, Prudential Arizona spans 20 offices and 2,000 sales executives in Nevada and Arizona. Both local and national awards were given based on number of properties sold and individual sales volume, which totaled $2.1 Billion company-wide in 2010.

The event included an elegant luncheon at the Five-Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort. It was hosted by Mark Stark, president and CEO of the American Companies which includes Prudential Arizona Properties and Prudential Americana Group Realtors in Las Vegas.

Stark said he was impressed with the number of awards Prudential Real Estate bestowed on REALTORs within the company. “More than two dozen professionals were recognized among the top three percent throughout Prudential’s North American network,” said Stark. “That network includes 60,000 professionals, so this group is the best of the very best.”

The top awards were given to three Prudential Arizona teams who received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond award. The award is giving to the top half of the top one percent in Prudential Real Estate’s North American Network. Recipients included The Ray Group, The Schutt Team and the Sterling Team. The Ray Group is led by Terry Ray with team members Dave Patterson, Chris Burrow, Dan Ward, Shannon Shutack, Lesley McGee and Maggie Finks. The Schutt team includes Jeremy, Richard, Timothy and Benjamin Schutt. The Sterling Team includes Stephanie Anderson, Kris Hyland, Connie Edelman and Jeri Hyland.

Prudential Arizona Properties had 13 teams achieve the Chairman’s Circle Gold award in 2010, with sales volumes that ranked them among Prudential’s top two percent of individuals and teams in North America. The Chairman’s Circle Gold recipients included Dana and Jeff Bloom, the Muskoka Group, the King Team, the Kelly Cook Team, Stan Abraham And John Vitale, Sherri and Steve Belcher, Andrew Holm, the MVP Group, the Mackey Martin Group, Team Santistevan, and the Merlo team.
