Proudly Announcing New Musical Recording Titled "All Time Favorite Patriotic Tunes"

Newly released recording of all-time favorite patriotic songs played by a solo flutist. Release includes "Yankee Doodle Dandy", "The Marine's Hymn", plus many other classics.

Seattle, WA (I-Newswire) February 1, 2013 - Marie Buckner, flutist, is proud to announce the release of her new recording titled, “All-Time Favorite Patriotic Tunes.” Recording contains perennial favorites “America the Beautiful”, “Caissons Go Rolling Along”, and “Yankee Doodle” – among others. Release is available in formats ranging from immediately downloadable digital MP3 version, individual ringtones to CD. Retail quality, full-color CD comes in cellophane-wrapped standard jewel case with 4-panel insert and 2-sided tray card.

“With a patriotic background going back to childhood, I started playing these favorites in junior high school band. Then, in high school we started offering half-time marching band entertainment during football games. We entertained during Veteran's Day parades, at private veteran parties, and other similar events. It went on from there, until we took part in a state-wide Band Day at "The Big House" - a fond term for the University of Michigan stadium. At a very young age, I fell in love with Sousa marches, parades, patriotic songs and all they stood for."

"After entertaining for so many audiences, and receiving such positive feedback, I have noticed that the immense popularity of patriotic tunes never grows old,” stated Marie in a recent interview. “Over and over I had requests for an album of my flute music. So, in response to these special requests, it is with great pleasure that I present this newest recording. If you love the flute and patriotic tunes, this album will bring a smile to your face and soul. Enjoy!”

Recording is available through Marie B's Reverbnation store, artist_2330077. Marie can be reached through her Marie's Flute website, her SoundCloud account, and through the Amazon marketplace.
