Promotions at The Composites Group

Mathews and Waddle Promoted at The Composites Group (TCG). The Composites Group has promoted two veteran employees on its commercial team.

TCG has promoted two veteran employees on its commercial team, announced Dwight Morgan, vice president of sales and marketing.

Todd Waddle has been named sales manager with responsibility for oversight of account managers, inside sales and manufacturers reps. Waddle joined Premix, Inc., a TCG business unit, in 1998 as tooling manager and in 2008 moved into the commercial group, where he served as inside sales representative and account manager.


Waddle holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering Research Technology and a master's degree in Business Administration from Kent State University, Ohio. He holds a Six Sigma black belt in quality management and recently was elected president of LEADERship Ashtabula County, a civic organization where he has served as a trustee since 2009.


Dale Mathews has been named market manager with responsibility for developing strategies to market TCG's portfolio of advanced composite materials and engineered molded parts to various target markets. Mathews, who lives in Lenoir, North Carolina, joined Premix as an account manager in 1999. He earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo, Ohio. The holder of two U.S. patents, Mathews is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Society of Plastics Engineers, where he is a former board member of the Thermosets Division.
