Pristine Environments Acquires CommClean, Inc.

Washington (I-Newswire) January 19, 2012 - Pristine Environments Inc. (“PEI”), a leading provider of specialized facility management services announced today that it has acquired CommClean, Inc., a specialty provider of custodial services in highly secure Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (“SCIF”) in the Washington, DC region. CommClean specializes in providing janitorial services and cleared escort services, the on-site escorting and supervision of all types of noncleared personnel, to defense and intelligence contracting firms in areas of their facilities that are Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (“TS/SCI”) level secure spaces, the highest level security clearance designation from the Department of Defense.

In an effort to create consistency across its portfolio of companies, CommClean will be rebranded as CommClean Secure Solutions, a Pristine Environments Company; however, the company’s dedicated management team and its singular focus on providing highly specialized secure cleaning solutions to its clients will not change post-transaction.
