London, August 17, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Theiss-Morgan Private Wealth Management has announced that it has started the acqusition process of QPBC OIL and GAS Exploration and Management.
QPBC is currently managing private investment stakes in more than a duzine oil and gas exploration properties.
With more than 74 institutional partners on its side QPBC is one of the biggest emerging players on the market.
Theiss-Morgan PWM has expressed an interest in QPBC since early 2011, when the two companies started collaborating on projects in emerging countries. Theiss-Morgan has provided advisory services and focus audit in numerous projects that QPBC has completed over the years in Asia.
QPBC OIL and GAS Exploration and Management will be a significant and valuable aquisition for Theiss-Morgan, offering expansion possibilities in the energy market.
