Signet Wins National Customer Service Award - Again
Leading packaging and consumables manufacturer and distributor Signet has taken out the National Medium-Sized business category at the Australian Service Excellence Awards for the second time.
QLD, Australia, October 18, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The awards are run by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), and are renowned as being the highest national achievement for the provision of customer services, operational excellence and quality management. Signet was the only Australian company operating in the manufacturing and distribution industry to win an award at the event.
According to Signet General Manager John King, the win is testament to Signet’s continuous improvement journey to providing quality customer services that rival some of Australia’s largest organisations.
