Kastle Skis has developed their best lineup for the general public renting skis this year. Continuing their tradition of using the very best materials and decades of ski construction design experience, Kastle has created a ski for every type of skier. Miller Sports, a proud Kastle dealer, has a world-class rental center with only the very best in ski selection. No matter what kind of weather or any kind of snow condition, Miller Sports has the right Kastle ski for you and your family.

The Kastle LX82 (Light Cross-82) has a width of 82mm in the waist, a middle of the range width to accommodate all the variable terrain Aspen-Snowmass has to offer. These new skis are good for making fast turns down groomed runs, as well as moguls and tree skiing alike. A lightweight silver-fir wood core provides excellent power and strength, while Kastles hollow-tip technology prevents the ski from diving down and aids in minimizing the swing weight while transferring from turn to turn. A titanal metal top sheet gives excellent energy dispersion. The LX series comes in two widths; 82mm and 72mm. The LX72 has a narrower waist and is bestter in moguls and making quick short radius turns. It also is a womens favorite for its super lightweight construction.

One step up from the LX series is the Kastle MX88 (Mountain-Cross 88). A true all around ski, the MX88 offers power, control and stability on groomed runs.  No matter what the weather forecast is for the day, the MX88 can deliver excellent results. Being a full service ski shop, Miller Sports offers all sizes of the Kastle MX88 ski, and every ski is tuned to perfection after each day of use. These new skis are good for skiing all aspects of the mountain.  Their ability to carve fast high speed turns or plow through crud and packed powder make them a town favorite for several years running.  Built with a silver-fir wood core with two sheets of metal, the MX88 is powerful and dynamic. Traditional camber and generous sidecut give the impression of an all mountain race ski. Advanced to expert skiers absolutely love the Kastle MX88.

The next step up from the MX88 by Kastle is the FX series (Free Cross). Coming in three different widths, 84, 94 and 104, the FX series has become a niche ski collection that front side and backside enthusiasts alike have come to adore.  Built on a lightweight chassis, the FX series is easy to carry up Aspen Highlands Bowl, and then amazing to rip down the mountain. The most popular width is the FX94, which can carve turns on groomed terrain, or if the weather forecast calls for snow then they can accommodate that too. They have a subtle early rise in the tip, which prevents the ski from diving in, and keeps it floaty and smooth throughout each turn.  If you need something a bit wider, but prefer the lightweight aspects of the FX series, then the FX104 is the ski for you. 10mm wider than its younger brother, the 104 is powerful and responsive. It is made from the same Silver-Fir wood, with a sandwich construction to put it all together. On the other end of the spectrum, the narrowest ski of the Kastle FX series is the FX84. Made to carve down groomed terrain with ease, while also letting you enjoy some off-piste conditions, the FX84 is the lightest of the FX series, but can hold its own in any type of snow conditions. It has the classic Kastle Hollow-Tip technology, improving the swing weight of the ski from turn to turn.
