California, October 14, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Empire Business Solutions, a leading Business Broker and M&A Company based in Huntington Beach, is please to announce that Tom and Emma Hughes of Del Mar, California  have purchased the assets of the Spa Gregorie’s Del Mar location effective September 30, 2014.  The Spa has been renamed to Spa Blue.  Spa Gregorie’s has owned the Del Mar location for the past 5 years in the Flower Hill Promenade, Del Mar, CA.  They also operate two other award winning locations in Orange County, CA.  Before it was a Spa Gregorie location it was under a previous owner who started this spa location in 2006 and Spa Gregorie’s took over in 2009.  Spa Gregorie’s owners chose to exit this, and only this location, to concentrate it efforts closer to their other two highly successful Spa Gregorie’s locations.  This high end salon spa featured the following advertising on various internet sites;

Tom Hughes and his wife Emma (who will be handle all day to day operations) have been around spas for many years and hope to bring a new vision to the spa.  Together they plan to add new features and treatments including med spa services to the existing menu of spa services currently being offered.  The new owners have retained the previous Spa director and other key personnel to maintain the high quality of services being offered.  The only immediate change will be the name which is now Spa Blue.
