The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing a meeting of the Fairfield County Real Estate Rehab Subgroup on September 4, 2014. This meeting will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at 17 Huckleberry Hill Road, Brookfield, CT. All attendees are encouraged to register online in advance.

The CT REIA Real Estate Rehab Subgroup is designed for those investors interested in flipping houses in Connecticut. This subgroup is ideal for those who are currently renovating properties and want to see what other Connecticut investors are doing. Every open house is different, and each project is lead by CT REIA members.

Attendees will be able to preview this rehab. This is the newest project of CT REIA Coaching students Ray Bartko and Liz Thompson. Attendees will learn: how they found the property; how they funded the project; what they rehabbed; and much more.
