Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain Golf Sponsorships Lend Support to Local Charities

Kendrick Martinez Wins Tournament Hole-In-One Prize at Riverside Country Club

Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain (CBC Intermountain) sponsored holes at the following three golf tournaments:

-    Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Cup at Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah.

-    Institute of Real Estate Management’s Give Back at Ridgecrest Golf Club in Nampa, Idaho

-    University Hospital Foundation’s Stars and Pars at Jeremy Golf and Country Club in Park City, Utah

The tournaments gathered funds for local charities as well as provided networking opportunities for business executives throughout the month of June.

Kendrick Martinez, representing North American Title, recorded a hole-in-one during the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Cup. The feat sends Martinez and seven guests on CBC Intermountain’s corporate Cessna CJ3 jet to golf famous Pebble Beach Resort in Pebble Beach, California.

“Congratulations to Jason on his beautiful shot and extraordinary hole-in-one accomplishment,” said Lew Cramer, President and CEO of CBC Intermountain. “He provided a fun-filled adrenaline rush for everyone involved.”

Closest-to-the-pin challenge winners and two guests also received one-hour scenic flights in CBC Intermountain’s corporate R66 helicopter.

Tournament participants paid donation fees to compete in a 3 Flag challenge with all proceeds supporting the Jason Long Foundation and Camp Rainbow Gold. The competition acquired over $2,000 for the Jason Long Foundation and raised donations at the Institute of Real Estate Management Give Back by nearly half the total amount of the prior year.

“Building communities through commercial development does not surpass our social responsibility to support programs fortifying public involvement and improving quality of life,” said Cramer. “We have a passion for the areas in which we live and work, and these sponsorships serve as a conduit to assist the municipalities we help build.“
