"Back 2 School U!" Workshop on Sunday, August 17, 2014 in Walnut Creek, CA

Walnut Creek, CA, July 31, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Summer has ended and just like children are returning to school, adults also need a new lease on the logistics of their lives.    "Back 2 School U"  is an informative mini-workshop event that will take place on Sunday, August 17, 2014 and will be held at The Massage Garage, 3093 Citrus Circle, Walnut Creek, California to help people do just that. 

The speakers at this event are:

Keri Denney, who will share how essential oils can clear the mind and calms the nerves.  A wellness center owner and massage therapist for over 16 years, Keri Denney can help people on their journey of health and wellness through massage, relaxation and stress reduction with regular massage, daily self-care and dōTERRA Essential Oils.

Laura Diana Lopez, who will reveal how to prepare food for a successful week ahead.  Her life-long commitment to Integrative Wellness is evidenced by both her education and her personal story.  Laura mentors her clients in living daily life in alignment with their best self, resulting in greater vibrant energy, mental clarity and spiritual rejuvenation.

Gail Valeskie, who will address how Emotional Freedom Tapping can help rewire priorities, and increase focus and clarity.  Since 1989, she has created pre-surgery scripts and recordings preparing clients and their bodies for major surgical procedures or for addressing their fears.  In 2012, she was introduced to the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) and quickly saw the powerful impact this modality has in helping people rid themselves of limiting behaviors, feelings and thoughts.  By combining EFT with music, Gail believes the healing effects of both tools can bring deeper results.
