Henderson community hosts Fireworks Spectacular at 9 p.m. Saturday June 30 With Activities Being Held All Day

WHAT: Lake Las Vegas is officially kicking off Southern Nevada's July 4th festivities with a fireworks extravaganza on Saturday, June 30 at 9 p.m. Lake Las Vegas welcomes friends, families and visitors to a lakeside celebration that will include live music, food and fun. This event is free and open to the public of all ages.

Visitors are invited to enjoy the weekend at Lake Las Vegas, which includes Casino MonteLago, Montelago Village shops and restaurants and three unique resort experiences. Special room rates are available at Aston MonteLago Village Resort (702) 564-4700, Ravella Lake Las Vegas (888) 810-0440 and Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort (702) 567-6000 starting at just $89 per night.

Lake Las Vegas is a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, located in the scenic mountains near Lake Mead Recreation Area. Guests can beat the crowds and arrive early to enjoy shopping, dining and free live music. The fireworks will take place on the lake with viewing areas available from multiple vantage points.

11 a.m. Arrive early to beat the rush and enjoy a day at Lake Las Vegas. Visit Casino MonteLago for special offers and Montelago Village for dozens of shopping and dining options.
