Wysak Extends Closing Date of Stock Dividend Distribution
Wysak Petroleum (OTC: WYSK) announces that the company's Board of Directors has elected to extend the closing date of the previously announced 5% WYSK stock dividend.
(I-Newswire) - A meeting was held by the Board of Directors on Jan. 3, 2005. Due to the positive response by shareholders, the Board has elected to extend the date of record and distribution for the issuance of the 5% stock dividend previously announced on Dec. 7, 2004. All shareholders of record at close of business on Feb. 11, 2005 of Wysak Petroleum Inc. will receive a five percent ( 5% ) restricted stock dividend. The stock dividend will be payable in restricted shares and distributed on Feb. 18, 2005.
