Tidewater Builders, Inc. is pleased to announce that we are participating in the 2008 Spring Edition of the New Home Parade sponsored by the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association. This is your opportunity to tour some of the Grand Strands finest new homes!
Our showcase home is 1003 Ocean Pines Court. This Carpenter/Gothic style raised beach home is part of “The Getaway Collection” built and designed by Tidewater Builders and located in the Ocean Pines neighborhood just off of 6th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach.
The 2008 New Home Parade will go on for the first three weekends in April. Days of parade are April 4-5-6, April 11-12-13, and April 18-19-20. Hours are from Friday 10-5, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5.
New Home Parade Books & Maps can be picked up at the Tidewater Builders office located at 1315 Hwy 17 N in North Myrtle Beach or at our Parade Home at 1003 Ocean Pines Court in North Myrtle Beach.
