With its patented technology, Science Horizons intends to identify the acoustic emissions that occur prior to an earthquake to determine when and where an earthquake will occur. Science Horizons will use its critical, patented technology to predict earthquakes. To prove its viability, Science Horizons intends to establish three demonstration test sites in order to predict at least one magnitude 4.0 or greater earthquake during the first year of operation.
