Yorkshire's Dale Power Solutions are excited to announce we are expanding once again. We are pleased to announce our first acquisition of Swan Generators, our Cummins dealership agreement and new office space in the South.

Today it makes a number of different generators as well as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems - energy control units that manage electrical loads and ensure a smooth transition between mains and generator power.

To accommodate our rapid expansion Dale Power Solutions are excited to announce the relocation of its Southern office. The new facilities is located at Hemel Hempstead and will provide and deliver increased customer support, engineering, sales and services and will be the home base to 40 sales and service personnel.

Dale Power Solutions office move follows a year of significant growth in which the company expanded its team to approaching 250 employees. It has over 8000 UPS and Generators on service contracts in the UK the new Southern premises provides an even better solution to be more efficient in servicing its customer base and continuation of this growth.

While operating from the head office in Scarborough and its southern facility in Hemel Hempstead, Dale now expands its offering with the sales and service of Cummins Low kVA generator sets from 8 - 550 kVA. This exciting expansion will enable Dale Power Solutions to provide a much wider range of diesel generators and will enable it to provide Cummins authorised servicing for the Cummins Low KVA range of generator sets to its customers.
The name Cummins is synonymous with performance and reliability and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of diesel generators. The acquisition was completed on 11th April 2014 and involved the transfer of Swan's maintenance contracts and service responsibilities to Dale Power Solutions Limited.
Swan Generators Ltd is a private company that has been established since 1986, the company has produced generating sets with the Swan brand name since that time. The Directors of Dale are pleased to have this opportunity to assimilate the business of a well-known company such as Swan into its portfolio. It is anticipated that the transfer will be seamless as the Directors of Swan will be helping with the changeover. During this period Swan Generators will continue to trade to run out their current product contracts and work in progress but will refer all new enquiries for product or service to Dale.
