Production Solutions and Bokar have worked together for years, and their central location provides users a more convenient location to send their devices for annual calibration. Previously there were only 3 of these facilities worldwide, in Ontario, Canada, Pasadena, California and New Delhi, India. Customers that didn't want to send their devices abroad had to resort to a third party method of calibration, this method does not actually change the calibration coefficients on the device, but proves the devices accuracy with a comparison of measurement values with those of “standard components”. This method, as widely used as it is, does not guarantee that Smart Tweezers is working at its best. The opening of the calibration facility in Poland allows European users a cheaper and less timely solution to calibrate their devices.
