Polystar Acquires EVP From Oracle

Polystar continues its global growth and has strengthened its leadership team by recruiting Erik Couture as Executive Vice President of Sales. Erik joins Polystar from his most recent position as Area Vice President for Oracle.

Polystar continues its global growth and has expanded its footprint to more than 100 customers in 50 countries on all continents. To further accelerate the growth, Polystar has strengthened its leadership team by recruiting Erik Couture as Executive Vice President of Sales. Erik joins Polystar from his most recent position as Area Vice President for Oracle. Previously based in Montreal, Canada, Erik was head of sales for Canada for several product lines. Erik and his family have now moved to Stockholm, Sweden, where Polystar headquarters are located.

Erik joined Oracle Corporation in 2003, where he was responsible for several technology sales management roles in Canada and in the
USA. Erik's leadership responsibilities included sales for the Oracle technology platform, supporting commercial enterprises encompassing the Fortune 500 organisations across Canada. Erik is a graduate of Oracle's Executive Leadership Experience development program and was named "Top Regional Manager in North America" for FY2007. He was also the top performer as Area Vice President in FY2011 and named "Most Valuable Player For Oracle Technology Group in North America" that year. Erik also served for 13 years in several sales and management roles at Xerox Canada, both in Montreal and Toronto.
