Point Brands Secures New Distribution In Western Colorado For IXtreme Hydrator

Denver-based beverage company partners with Innermountain Distributing and doubles its retail presence

Denver, CO (I-Newswire) September 18, 2012 - Point Brands, makers of iXtreme Hydrator (iX), a caffeine-free electrolyte infused, lightly carbonated functional beverage, today announced that it has secured distribution with Newcastle, Colo.-based Innermountain Distributing Co., serving 12 Western Colorado counties, including Summit, Eagle, Gunnison and Leadville.

With the addition of Innermountain, iX now reaches over 20 percent of Colorado’s five million population. Innermountain is a full service distributor serving well-know brands such as Red Bull, Izze and Arizona Teas.

iX made its debut in select convenience stores, restaurants and skate shops in Aspen and Denver earlier this summer. The beverage’s goal is to be an alternative to energy drinks and promote an active, positive lifestyle without supplements.
