Online, September 2, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Home Loan Investment Bank, FSB, in conjunction with the Murphy Family Foundation and Home Loan Foundation, are proud to announce the grand opening of the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center.

On Wednesday, September 18 at 2 p.m. the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center will be open to the public.

Situated in the Knowledge District of downtown Providence, Rhode Island, the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center will take advantage of its close proximity to business professionals and centers of influence in the state capital. Located on the second and third floor of 244 Weybosset Street, the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center will provide 6,000 square feet of office space to its associates and typical workplace amenities such as phone and Internet access as well as fax, scanner and copier machines.

"The mission of the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center is to provide an environment that will foster entrepreneurship in Rhode Island," Daniel A. Murphy, Vice President of Sales at Marketing at HLIB's Ocean Capital, explained. "The center will provide facilities, conference rooms and meeting spaces for early-stage companies. There will be opportunities for entrepreneurs to meet and review business plans, discuss operational issues with other start-ups and connect with mentors in the areas of accounting, finance, international business, law, marketing and management."

Through a partnership with the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, Hatch Entrepreneurial Center will offer early-stage companies business advisory services, mentoring by experienced businesspeople, access to capital and connections to business leaders in the state and the region as well as office facilities.
