Phillips Charitable Organizations has awarded Jenice Bailey with a grant to allow her and her family to stay in their home.

Jenice Bailey is a single-parent in Dundalk, MD to three children. While attending school to attain a degree in psychology, she had to take a second job in order to make ends meet.
