OC Charities Invited To Compete For Free Event Sponsored By Anaheim White House

Anaheim, CA (I-Newswire) June 8, 2011 - Attention all nonprofit charities in the OC…the Anaheim White House is sponsoring a contest from which the top 12 finalists will receive a free catered luncheon for up to 100 guests in the restaurant’s private banquet room, the West Wing. Owner Bruno Serato is asking charities with a 501c3 designation to submit a brief description of why the organization is deserving of the giveaway valued at more than $4,000 and he will select one for each of the next 12 months. The giveaway includes room rental, 3-course lunch and non-alcoholic beverages.

“As we continue to recover from the global economic meltdown, I wanted to reach out to the nonprofit community with this promotion that will result in pure profit for them,” said Serato, who knows firsthand about the challenges facing nonprofits as he operates his own, Caterina’s Club, that feeds 50,000 “motel kids” each year.
