Pediatric Associates Acquiring Jacksonville Pediatric Associates Effective July 2014 to expand services to new market.
Pediatric Associates will acquire and begin providing management services for Jacksonville Pediatric Associates, effective July 1, 2014. Jacksonville Pediatric Associates consists of 3 locations; Downtown Jacksonville, South Jacksonville and Neptune Beach and has 7 providers. Current providers will continue to care for their patients going forward.
As a result of this acquisition, Pediatric Associates will expand its presence into the Jacksonville market and will have a total of 32 locations throughout the state of Florida. The move into Jacksonville is part of Pediatric Associates' ongoing strategy to expand throughout the state.
