Pediatric Associates Acquiring Jacksonville Pediatric Associates Effective July 2014 to expand services to new market.
Online, June 9, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Pediatric Associates will acquire and begin providing management services for Jacksonville Pediatric Associates, effective July 1, 2014. Jacksonville Pediatric Associates consists of 3 locations; Downtown Jacksonville, South Jacksonville and Neptune Beach and has 7 providers. Current providers will continue to care for their patients going forward.
As a result of this acquisition, Pediatric Associates will expand its presence into the Jacksonville market and will have a total of 32 locations throughout the state of Florida. The move into Jacksonville is part of Pediatric Associates' ongoing strategy to expand throughout the state.
