Synopsis: Pazuzu, an ancient demon, awakes to confront supernatural forces that prey upon an unguarded world. The demon awake to fulfill its purpose. Evil is used to fight

evil.

The demon first needs a human body. It finds Benedict Ishkott wandering alone and empty in the wastes of the Shur. The strange man joins the Cortras brothers on their way

to the Promised Land. Benedict doesn't tell them of the voice following him. One man, suffering amnesia, carries salvation and damnation out of the desert.

About Matthew Sawyer:
Matthew Sawyer has pursued a life of creativity. As a kid, he wrote and staged science fiction plays for classmates. Generating the scripts interested Matt in writing. The hobby was a great way to bear winters in Wisconsin. Professional publication has since joined presentation of his drawings and paintings as a life-goal.

In high school Matt organized friends and neighborhood kids for the annual Halloween presentation of the “Bats in the Attic” haunted house. A love of horror books, movies and the genre in general fueled the creation of memorable experiences.

Playing Dungeons & Dragons in high school led to the compilation of his own original grimoire of monsters. The sketchbooks weren't packed away upon going to college. Matt remained obsessed with his pantheon throughout painting and drawing classes at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

After earning his B.A. in painting and drawing, Matt moved from Wisconsin to California, hoping to market his surreal art. Showing art in coffee houses and painting murals never became lucrative. Matt sought another avenue for producing and presenting art. After taking animation classes, he rediscovered his penchant for writing.
