Byline Parker & Covert LLP teams up with Discount Office Services to donate food items to Irvine-based Families Forward.

Irvine, CA (I-Newswire) December 3, 2010 - Parker & Covert LLP of Tustin, CA, representing school and community college districts, joins forces this holiday season with Discount Office Services to donate non-perishable food items to locally headquartered nonprofit organization, Families Forward. The upcoming holiday season brings into focus the need of families all over Orange County that are still feeling the effects of the down economy. According to Community Outreach Coordinator at Families Forward Debbie Regele, they have committed to feeding at least 700 families this holiday season, and welcome any and all donations to ensure that they have enough food to meet this goal.

Realizing that they could help meet this need by collaborating resources with several of their customers like Parker & Covert LLP, Discount has been working to spread awareness for Family Forward’s food drive for non-perishable items and offers their delivery services to pick up boxes of food items collected by their customers to drop off at Families Forward on behalf of their customers.

By working together, Parker & Covert LLP and Discount hope their efforts make this holiday season brighter for those families in Orange County who just need a little help.
