Orlando College Students To Down “World’s Largest Beer Bong” On Rivalry Weekend

Orlando, FL (I-Newswire) November 22, 2011 - Orlando area college students will take on a stupid bet Saturday by funneling beer out of what is being called the “World’s Largest Beer Bong” at the Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery on University Blvd. The beer guzzling is just one challenge that will be issued during a massive party and tailgate for the Florida vs. Florida State rivalry football game which kicks off Saturday night, Nov. 26, 2011 at 7PM ET.

Stupidbetz.com, a new website which allows users to “bet” each other to do stupid things for cash, will be the lead sponsor of the event and is the brains behind the World’s Largest Beer Bong Challenge. While at the event, StupidBetz.com reps will be on hand to facilitate silly challenges between students and much like their website does, award winners with cash.

“Friends and buddies are always daring each other to do stupid things, like eat a stick of butter or something crazy like that,” said Chris Beauchamp, the Betmaster and brainchild behind Stupidbetz.com. “We’re opening up those challenges to anyone across the world. The “World’s Largest Beer Bong” is constructed from a large 70-foot tube supported by scaffolding with 150 separate hoses connected to it. It is estimated to take 2 kegs o f beer to fill the massive funnel and will require almost 24 hours of setup to be ready in time for the tailgate and football game. The big gulp takes place at halftime of the game, and will include 150 lucky partygoers selected to participate. A live webcam feed of the event will broadcast from the Stupidbetz.com website.

Local media will be broadcasting from the Tilted Kilt, including a live remote from 101.1 WJRR Orlando.
