Online Language School Celebrates First Year Of Success

Flowery Branch, GA (I-Newswire) November 25, 2010 - The Cole Institute of Language, a realized lifelong dream of founder Shannon Cole, recently celebrated its first year of operation. The school offers online foreign language instruction in Spanish and English, where students can choose small group classes or personalized tutoring for individual instruction. All classes are conducted in a virtual classroom setting and are recorded for students who wish to review the session later.

"After 12 years of teaching in the United States and Mexico, I saw that many schools were overcharging for classes that gave questionable results," said Cole. "I wanted to fill the need for reasonably priced, quality foreign language services that can be accessed anywhere students can log on to the Internet."

Cole holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish and a Masters degree in Foreign Language Education from the University of Georgia. Since 1998, he has taught both English as a Second Language and Spanish at the middle school and university levels. He also has lived and taught in various locations in Mexico for more than three years, most recently serving as English coordinator of a private middle school in the coastal city of Tampico.

The school offers a free sample lesson for all interested students. Enrollment for one-on-one online tutoring is $15 USD/hour, and each lesson can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. In addition, students may also browse and select from their current selection of small group classes.
