Office Furniture Firm Gets Royal Seal
Office furniture company Ningbo has received a royal seal of approval from the Palace of Monaco. The Principality has been sent a number of tables and chairs from the Cheshire firm.
Online, March 25, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The future looks bright for office furniture company Ningbo.
The company is rubbing shoulders with royalty after receiving a major order from the Palace of Monaco. Plus, they are expanding the business.
The contract furniture suppliers have sent a special delivery to the Palace, which is home to Prince Albert, the son of the late Prince Rainier and his wife Grace Kelly.
Wooden round tables of different sizes, plastic round tables and Napoleon Ice chairs with black and red seat pads have been dispatched to the Principality.
It is a fully functioning Palace with private apartments for the Grimaldi family. State rooms are open to the public during summer months.
Ningbo's Managing Director Chris Stockton said the future is looking bright for the company.
"We have sent 750 Napoleon ice stacking banquet chairs and 70 banquet folding tables to the Palace. We are very happy to help the Palace".
The firm has also recently moved office staff to larger accommodation in Cheshire and there are exciting new job opportunities.
Ningbo has recently taken on Sylvain Jacquin in a trainee IT role and the company is looking for another warehouse operative to work in their Wrexham office.
In addition, from Spring 2013 Ningbo will sell office furniture and Chris Stockton has been in China to set it all up.
He explained: "I went out to China for one reason only, normally I go out and I have two or three different things to do but this time was to go and sign the distributor agreement after pre-checking the three factories.
"There's a group we're going to deal with who own three factories, one factory makes sofas, one desks and office furniture and the third factory make office chairs. So the three together are exactly the market we're going into in Spring 2013."
