The recent Everest Group report named Ochre House, an international talent management and RPO specialist, as one of the industry leaders.
Ochre House, the international talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialists, has been recognised as industry leaders in the latest Everest Group report.
As part of its annual study, over 20 service providers were assessed based on the Everest Group Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix. These service providers are divided into three categories based on performance: Leaders, Major Contenders, and Emerging Players.
In the 2012 PEAK matrix for Recruitment Process Outsourcing in Europe, Ochre House was ranked as one of the top four leaders in the market. The report - which reviews service provider capabilities - scored the organisation highly overall, with scale, scope and technology capability the top ranking attributes.
