Online, October 14, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The Boys On Q - Nathaniel (15), Daniel (14), and Gabriel (11) are three brothers who perform as a Pop/Rap musical band.
The Boys were also privileged to be featured on MY9 Television, after performing in the McDonalds Gospelfest finals. The McDonalds competition was held at the Prudential Center where the boys performed before 18,000 people. The boys were fortunate to perform a second time at the Prudential the following year also.
In 2012, The Boys were chosen to compete in America's Got Talent performing before millions on television. Unfortunately, the boys' dreams were quickly crushed by the judges before millions.
In 2012, ING New York City asked The Boys On Q to perform at the 2012 Marathon. Unfortunately, hurricane Sandy came and destroyed many of their family's homes in Far Rockaway. The Boy Band then redirected their efforts to help house their family and help in the cleanup efforts in Far Rockaway Queens NY.
In 2013 The boys fortune began to turn around when they won the Mc Donalds "Lets Wrap" competition hosted by the radio show Hot 97.
The Boys were very excited when ING NYC asked them to return and perform for the 2013 Marathon on November 3rd at 1st Ave & 63rd. "I am hyped! My brothers are hyped, our music is hyped, so it's going to be hyped!" says Nathaniel. The Boys are performing in the neighborhood of their school, LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, and Arts and Design High School in New York City.
The Boys are on a mission and are actively engaging people in their community to help support them in this noble venture. Businesses are getting mobilized, their schools are engaged and their social network numbers are going up.
