New partnership brings health and wellness retail concept across North America

Toronto (I-Newswire) April 19, 2011 - Liquid Nutrition Group Inc., an international functional beverage, food, vitamin and supplement store concept, has hit another home run! The company today announced its partnership with New York Yankees’ starting catcher and Canadian native Russell Martin. The three-year deal positions Martin as an equity partner, lending his name, image and likeness as the company fulfills its expansion plans and markets the brand across North America.

LNGI is a privately held company that recently entered into a letter agreement with Lime Hill Corporation (TSX: LHL.P), whereby the companies announced details of their proposed qualifying transaction (the “Transaction”). (the "TSX Venture") Corporate Finance Manual. The Transaction is subject to the policies of the TSX Venture relating to qualifying transactions, as well as shareholder approval of Lime Hill and LNGI.
