Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has been adjudged "Runner Up" of NIPM National Award for Best HR Practices, 2009.

(I-Newswire) March 17, 2010 - Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has been adjudged "Runner Up" of NIPM National Award for Best HR Practices, 2009. The award was presented to HPCL, Director-HR Dr. V Vizia Saradhi by Shri Partha Battacharya, C&MD, Coal India Ltd., on behalf of NIPM, in the recently held 28th Annual Conference of NIPM in Kolkata.

The rigorous evaluation process adopted by NIPM which included (a) Independent Jury assessing our entry document (b) NIPM Team’s on-site validation at our locations viz., Presentations by HR at HP-MDI, Chakan LPG Plant, Mumbai Refinery, closed-door interactions with line functionaries, Trade Union members, new joinees (c) Oral presentations before a separate jury and finalists (d) Rating on the oral presentations by other 9 finalists.
