Nicotek® Expands Distribution, Again!

Wheat Ridge, Colorado (I-Newswire) January 7, 2012 - Growing at an unprecedented rate, Nicotek, LLC is expanding its distribution, again, to encompass an even larger, national retail market. Retailers and distributors are beginning to catch wind that Nicotek’s® proprietary brand, Metro®, is exactly what the electronic cigarette market demands. As a new brand to the e-cig market, Metro is catching the competitors by surprise and quickly sweeping across the country capturing the attention of several new distributors and retail chains.

Nicotek has been able to expand its distribution footprint for their Metro brand, largely in part to their recent expansion into retail stores like The Pantry (Kangaroo), Kroger Corporation, HEB, Pilot Food Marts, Winn Dixie, and over 10,000 other locations nationwide. Core-Mark International has taken note of Nicotek’s growth and unparalleled products, and has therefore deemed Nicotek a preferred vendor. In addition, Nicotek is now shipping Metro products to H.T. Hackney, and other very large national distributors, as well as Core-Mark, furthering their capabilities for quick retail expansion.

Retailers are also seeing that it has become common practice in the e-cigarette industry to produce exotic flavors. However, retailers and distributors have been more than relieved that Nicotek has chosen to adhere to the suggested regulations, put forth by the FDA, as it relates to e-cigs, and therefore only offer tobacco and menthol flavors. Retailers and distributors have also found comfort in the fact that Nicotek makes no cessation or health claims about their products, according to these same FDA suggestions. Instead they promote Metro as the new alternative to tobacco smoking, making retailers and distributors feel safe about promoting and selling Metro products.
