NexxtShow Improves Customer Service by Utilizing the Latest Texting and QR Code Technology

Known for their above-and-beyond service, NexxtShow is pleased to announce the success of their leading-edge Texting and QR Code Service, debuted at AudiologyNOW! 2012.

MA (I-Newswire) June 1, 2012 - NexxtShow brought a new level of customer service and technology to the AAA event by using a texting service with all exhibitors. To announce this new service, signs and flyers were placed throughout the venue. QR codes were incorporated enabling the exhibitors to quickly scan their personal exhibitor assistant’s contact information into their smartphone. They could then text from anywhere on the show floor and their service representative would visit their booth within minutes to address any needs.
