Cloud contact centre solutions provider NewVoiceMedia appoints Nicola Brookes as Communications Manager
Basingstoke (I-Newswire) January 8, 2013 - Following continuous growth, leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its marketing team with the appointment of Nicola Brookes as Communications and Social Media Manager.
Based at the company’s headquarters in Basingstoke, Nicola will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies and driving the company’s blog and social media activity. She will report to Chief Marketing Officer Tim Pickard.
Nicola brings nearly ten years’ PR experience and a BA in Journalism and Public Relations, to the company. She joins from Atex, a Reading-based global software company providing content management solutions to media-rich businesses. Prior to that, she held PR agency roles, working with many renowned international businesses across the B2B, consumer and professional services sectors.
