Shereen Faltas will talk about goals, plan strategies to achieve those goals, and discuss theory on how to manifest those goals. And Tami Lindahl, who is a certified Biggest Loser pro with over 11 years of experience helping people achieve their goals, and committed to helping America lose weight and get in shape.

The New Years Kick Off Workshop will take place January 26th, 2013 in Los Angeles, Ca. from 10AM to 5PM at the Radisson LAX La Jolla Room. A percentage of the proceeds will go to the Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN), a non-profit that takes care of the homeless children in LA.
