Muntinlupa City (I-Newswire) April 1, 2011 - A new overseas employment law, which serves as the new bible of the overseas manpower industry, has recently taken effect and will have a huge impact on land and sea-based recruiters, insurers, and stakeholders in overseas employment.

The new law, also known as Republic Act 10022 and has been implemented since May 2010, has unfortunately spurred confusion among the recruitment community since several changes have been made with the old law which was Republic 8042. The changes in prominent provisions will be highlighted and actual cases and updated POEA rulings will be presented. You will also obtain valuable advice and priceless insights from our experts as well as best practices remedies and solutions to problems and challenges encountered in able to fulfil and comply with this new law.
