New Meeting Website for People with Illnesses, Disablities, and Caregivers

Carrollton, TX (I-Newswire) July 7, 2011 - Chance to Love.com is a new online meeting place and support group designed specifically for people with serious medical conditions, disabilities, and caregivers of such people.

The site, which will be operational as of July 16, 2011, is set up to accommodate support groups and a dating site. It will host forums for people with Cancer, Paralysis, AIDS, and Down Syndrome just to name a few. As a member you may use either or both of these services. In addition it will contain a blog from the company that members may add to if they have relevant comments of a particular subject. Members will easily be able to invite contacts and navigate the website. They will also be able to make suggestions or comments for the improvement of the site through the “Contact Us” portal.

“As a former caregiver of parents that were stricken with a few different illnesses, I know how time consuming and dedicated a person has to be,” said Chance to Love owner Olynka Watts. “I can only imagine what my parents felt so I wanted to create a place to connect with others who were caregivers. I also wanted a place where people like my parents could connect.”

Why another meeting/dating site you may ask? Although anyone may join if they choose to, the Chance to Love site is specifically design for people who may fit into the above mentioned categories. According to the company, sometimes when dealing with disabilities or illnesses people tend feel isolated, alone, or that those around them do not understand if they even have people around to share with. Chance to Love gives you the opportunity to associate with people in a social setting who are like you because they may be experiencing the same thing. It provides you with a way to bond with someone that you may not know, no matter their location or yours. In addition you will have a chance to utilize the site's forums to express yourself or maybe even find useful suggestions.

Privacy is of the upmost importance to Chance to Love. To maintain the privacy of those who do not wish to share the exact nature of their condition with the general public, there will be enrollment and/or membership fees for services.
