New CrossFit Gym Opens in Miami (Doral) FL

Our gym is as controversial as it gets when it comes to fitness. Challenging the “Big-Box Gym” mentality, Da Factory uses free-weights, kettlebells, Olympic rings, medicine balls, plyometrics, and Olympic lifts to get its members in elite shape.

As a Crossfit affiliate, Da Factory promotes overall fitness with workouts that boost athleticism by increasing endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Along with plyometrics and Olympic lifts, CrossFit blends pulling, pushing and swinging weight to create a workout regime that continually challenges its members.

CrossFit members perform a timed Workout of the Day (WOD), competing against fellow CrossFitters for the best time while attempting to break their own personal records. Typical workouts average 15 to 20 minutes of nonstop movement. What’s great about competing against each other is that you push each other to do your best. It’s like you’re competing in a sporting event while getting shredded at the same time.
