New Corporate Exhibit Hall Makes a Splash at 30th Anniversary Celebration

Custom-Designed Corporate Interior Installation by ExhibitCraft A Smash Hit: A Permanent Custom Exhibit Hall Makes its Debut at COSCO Americas for 30th Anniversary Celebration

Wayne, NJ (I-Newswire) September 26, 2012 - A new corporate custom exhibit hall made its debut at COSCO Americas’ 30th Anniversary Celebration. ExhibitCraft of Wayne, NJ designed, built and installed the custom exhibit space that made its debut recently on Friday, September 14th.

The exhibit space is designed to depict the story of COSCO Americas’ journey throughout a 30 year time span. A multitude of uniquely designed panels are displayed throughout the museum, with messages from the President of COSCO, the rich history of other global COSCO (Chinese Ocean Shipping Company) subsidiaries such as COSCO Canada, COSCO Panama, COSCO Brazil, and COSCO Americas, and educational displays about the shipping and freight industry.

The celebration marked the COSCO Americas 30th anniversary. COSCO global headquarters is based in China. Event leaders that spoke at the event included Chairman of the United States Federal Maritime Commission Chairman, Secaucus Mayor, Michael Gonnelli,, Mr. Liu Hanbo, President of COSCO Americas, Chinese Ambassador, SUN Guoziang, Mr. Ma Zehua, COSCO Group President and others. Awards were presented and a ribbon cutting ceremony adjourned the presentations at the podium.

In addition to creating the COSCO corporate interior exhibit hall space, ExhibitCraft organized the event 30th anniversary celebration, including details such as outdoor signage, pop-up displays in the event lobby, hanging signs, audio, video, lighting and staging as well as a floral arrangement on display in the lobby.

Attendees of the 30th anniversary celebration were able to get a first look at the exhibit hall upon its debut, including COSCO Americans corporate employees. Many snapped pictures with the iPhones, and watched video and imagery that played on an HD TV above a custom display designed and custom-built by ExhibitCraft.

Visitors to the exhibit hall were greeted with a three-dimensional map depicting Cosco’s service areas around the world, and scale models of COSCO Container ships in custom display boxes. To help create a more intimate feel in the event space, a unique metal sculpture hangs from the ceiling in the center of the room, and the top of the room’s walls display a vinyl wrap-around with the countries around the world touched by the global giant, COSCO.

Seeing the 30-year history in the Americas come to life is exciting for the entire COSCO team. The exhibit hall is currently only open to COSCO’s employees, clients and visitors by appointment only. Reservations would need to be made through a contact at COSCO.
