Crosslake Technologies, a consulting firm in Redmond, Washington, has formed through the merger of Aativa, LLC and the independent consulting practice of Russ Albright.

Redmond, WA (I-Newswire) January 27, 2011 - Crosslake Technologies is a Business and IT consulting firm focused on delivering solutions that help clients achieve their business strategy and goals. It has demonstrable results leading teams to significant performance improvements by refocusing strategy, consolidating teams, driving accountability, and implementing new technologies and systems. Consulting services range from strategy through to execution and deployment.

Crosslake Technologies founders, Russ Albright and Michael Murphy have over 40 years of successful leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of functions, including Product Management, Design and Development, IT and Operations. Mr. Albright was formerly the VP of Product Design and Development of Purple Communications and Sr. Director of Program Management at Microsoft. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University.

Mr. Murphy held the position of Sr. Director while at Microsoft Corporation, where he was responsible for the core IT needs of Microsoft’s Product groups. He has also served as COO of a public company, Atlas Technologies Inc., and has spent the past two years building a successful consulting business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Washington State University.
