New Christmas Story: "Saving Santa's Lighthouse"

"Saving Santa's Lighthouse" is a new Christmas story about the Espinoza family of lighthouse keepers who are faced with the closing of their beloved lighthouse near Christmas town. Can they stop it? Only time will tell. But time is running out!

East Stroudsburg (I-Newswire) December 12, 2013 - "Saving Santa's Lighthouse" is about the Espinoza family, lighthouse keepers near the North Pole who are faced with the automation of their lighthouse, the last manned lighthouse in the US. Can they stop the powers that be from closing down Santa's lighthouse? The Espinozas try their best, with not much luck. Until they get some unexpected help - from Santa himself!

Combining a classic holiday tale with issues confronting the modern world, the Espinozas are at a loss as to how they can keep their lighthouse open against all the odds.

The story unfolds in 12 short, easy to read chapters (all free online) which comes to a chapter a day for each of the 12 days of Christmas.

Read the story to kids and watch as they follow along with this modern morality tale which teaches the value of the old ways even when confronted by new and supposedly superior technology.

Posted on, the story is free to the world. Watch as the kids begin to understand that not all progress is for the better. Sometimes, the old ways of doing things are far superior and much more meaningful, especially at Christmas time.

Who says there are no new Christmas stories? "Saving Santa's Lighthouse" proves that the spirit of Christmas lives on as a little family bands together to fight the rest of the world consumed by the idea that technology can solve all problems.

"Saving Santa's Lighthouse" is appropriate for all ages and adults will have just as much fun (and learn just as much too!) with this story about timeless love and selfless devotion.
