New App Brings Workflow Automation to Schools

When the parent or authorized adult arrives at the school, they can check-in and sign for their child from the comfort of their car with QManager on their smartphone. Those who don't have a smartphone can sign in on the school's iPad. The administrator can also see the location of the parent on their iPad so that staff members can bring the child outside. This allows for the dismissal line to move faster and more efficiently.

QManager not only captures and stores the parent's signature, but also timestamps the child's arrival and dismissal. This information is often requested by state officials. Authorized school staff can access this information via QManager's secure servers and easily view when and with whom a child has gone home. All communication between the parent's phone and the school is encrypted.
