This is a dialogue with esteemed nutrion expert, Marion Nestle, famous food and wine editor, Narsai David, and progressive food group, the Berkeley Student Food Collective, that covers how to make better food choices in today's economic climate.

Berkeley, CA. (I-Newswire) October 13, 2010 - The Berkeley Student Cooperative (BSC) and the BSC Alumni Association are hosting an event that exemplifies the BSC’s history of graduating prominent “foodies” on October 22, 2010, 7pm, at the Brower Center, 2150 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA.

The event will feature BSC alumna Marion Nestle, nutrition professor at New York University and acclaimed author of Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health. Marion will be joined by BSC alumnus Narsai David, the popular KCBS wine and food editor. The Berkeley Student Food Collective, whose mission is to provide healthy, sustainable and ethically produced food at affordable prices to the U.C. Berkeley community, will be represented by co-founder and BSC alumnus Yoni Landau.
