Daniel Sanchez from Cut Throat Customs, Inc. will compete in the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building for the first time at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota this summer.

(I-Newswire) June 13, 2010 - Daniel Sanchez is bringing more than twenty years experience in metal fabrication to Sturgis, South Dakota on August 5th to compete against some of the most talented bike builders in the world. Daniel will be competing in the event along with winners from eighteen AMD events in sixteen countries.

Daniel Sanchez of Cut Throat Customs, Inc. is a Texas born Metal Fabricator and Motorcycle Builder with more than 20 years experience in the field. Daniel’s inspiration for his work comes from a family history of metal workers, including his Great Grandfather who was an Apache Metal Artisan. The style and originality showcased in the motorcycles that he creates is indicative of his diverse heritage stemming from Mexican, Apache Indian and American roots. The AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building event was created to showcase and promote the best of the best in engineering, craftsmanship and design in the motorcycle industry. The AMD Championship is also endorsed by the City of Sturgis as the only official bike event and is the official sponsor of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally itself. It is a free, public four day event that opens the first Sunday of the rally. The awards will be presented at 3:00pm MST on Wednesday August 11, 2010. The AMD events are attended by over one million motorcycle enthusiasts collectively from many countries.
